I am a bilingual (French/English) Interior designer with total rebuild and project management experience including sourcing and total fit out.

Twenty four years in Asia (Hong Kong, Japan and Thailand) have resulted in an expression of a juxtaposed, nuanced world drawing from east and west.  I like to mix eclectic modernism, arts and furniture with antiques and culture  to make a cohesive story.

 

I can work around a special piece of art, or carpet, or furniture and give those the importance they deserve in a project. 

If on the other hand you are looking for a new look I have experience in sourcing FF&E from scratch -from simplicity and minimalism to a high level for unique, luxurious spaces.

A history in international banking allows for a tight reign on budget and timescale as well as sourcing items at the best price or negotiating discounts.

My most influential interior design work experience to date is with Alexander Stuart Designs Limited (Hong Kong).  Alec is one of the leading architects working in residential and office with projects globally.   Not only did he teach me so much, we had a lot of fun together - I will forever be in his debt.

 

As a returning national, I have set up Studio24 BY Georgia May based in London to help those anywhere who want but can't, or don't know how.  Staging to inspire marketing for sales or purely to enhance comfort for more peaceful surroundings.

 

I am happy to work with your own contractors or bring you experts whom I trust.  I am delighted to collaborate where necessary and bring my expertise to the table.
